Perry J. Roussel, Jr. has over twenty-one years of litigation experience. Perry J. Roussel, Jr. is also an experienced professional engineer licensed in the State of Louisiana since 1982, and has over fifteen years of experience as a practicing engineer. Mr. Roussel has worked on engineering projects both for the U.S. Department of Defense and private industry. In addition, Mr. Roussel has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tulane University of Louisiana receiving the highest honor of Beta Gamma Sigma, and has over thirty-six years of business and management experience. Perry Roussel is able to utilize his legal, business, and engineering knowledge to provide thorough representation to severely injured clients. Perry J. Roussel, Jr. was born, raised, and educated in the River Parishes, and is deeply familiar with its customs, traditions, and strong ethical and religious backgrounds. Mr. Roussel is a cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law. Perry Roussel is admitted to practice law before all of the federal and state courts in the State of Louisiana, and all of the state courts in the State of Mississippi.
